Before Vinecrest Builders was founded, Keith Dasher had built his first Eagle Rock vacation home in 1992 when the resort was formerly known as Valley of the Lakes. In the years prior, he was tackling historical renovations and constructing new retail stores in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. As Keith and his family fell in love with their “mountain house”, the idea of working and living in the resort full-time was constantly on their minds.

 

To accomplish this, Vinecrest builders was founded in 2004 by Keith Dasher to serve Eagle Rock property owner’s through new home construction, renovations and custom projects. The company has since grown and established itself as more than just an Eagle Rock builder, but an award-winning builder of Northeastern Pennsylvania. In addition to the many homes built in Eagle Rock, Vinecrest has built custom timber frame homes, chalets, log cabins, lake houses and weekend getaways in the surrounding areas. Even with Vinecrest’s involvement outside of the resort, the company is still operated from Keith’s residence in Eagle Rock where his devotion to local property owners remains. 

 

Keith is committed to personally managing each custom project, providing an exceptional customer experience and is continually learning about the evolving construction industry. He has served as an officer on the Home Builders Association of Northeastern PA and is active in the National Home Builders Association. Outside of work, Keith often enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. It is quite common for homeowners to catch him exercising at the gym, bike riding through the resort or maybe even playing a few holes.
