VINECREST BUILDERS HITS GRAND SLAM AT AWARDS CEREMONY!
On June 19, 2010 The Building Industry Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania held its 3rd Annual Keystone Awards ceremony. Keith Dasher of Vinecrest Builders achieved ultimate success by winning first prize in every category of residential construction. Homes were evaluated independently and judged based upon quality of construction, level of architectural challenge and attention to detail. Keith won the following first place awards for homes built in 2009:
• The Best Constructed Single Family Home 2,000-3,000 square feet over $250,000
• The Best Constructed Single Family Home 3,000-4,000 square feet over $350,000
• The Best Constructed Single Family Home over 4,000 square feet over $500,000
All three award-winning custom homes are located in Eagle Rock Golf and Ski Resort, just outside of Hazleton, PA, in the beautiful Blue Mountains of Pennsylvania. Keith has been in the residential construction business for more than 30 years, the last 10 of which have been building custom homes at Eagle Rock. Several of the homes Keith has built are featured in an Eagle Rock Resort promotional infomercial. Keith is also a member of National Association of Home Builders.

KEITH DASHER ANNOUNCES A NEW DIVISION:
FOREST HOMES
Keith Dasher is proud to announce that he is now an Authorized Builder of Forest Homes. He is excited to be bringing the high quality, innovative Forest Homes house-building system to Eagle Rock, as it represents “The Best Value in Housing”.
As an authorized builder of Forest Homes, Keith will be using an engineered process for all aspects of new home construction, from design and sale to construction and delivery. This engineered building system results in reduced costs, improved quality and a significantly shortened time line for delivering a new home.
How will Keith do it? The Forest Homes proprietary software will allow Keith to identify building costs and produce a personalized price quote within minutes. Forest Homes design engineers complete the plans which are both exacting and building code compliant, and link these plans to factory machines for precise measuring and cutting.
Using a panelization system, some of the home's components are built off-site, in a controlled environment protected from the outdoor elements. These components are then delivered to the home-site, where an experienced team erects the structure within a matter of days. Work then begins on the remaining steps, such as the roofing, exterior and interior finishing.
The Forest Homes unique building process is also good for the environment; each Forest Homes project generates less waste and reduces the carbon footprint. In addition, the Forest Homes production facility is located just around the corner from Eagle Rock, in Selinsgrove, PA!
